Class cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Class cards can be shared among clients after email activation at hello@studio-bondi.com.

Subscriptions are billed automatically in 28-day billing cycles and auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand. Unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry forward.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account.

All purchases are final with no refunds offered. Studio Bondi will not reimburse for schedule or instructor changes, except when cancelling classes entirely.

Class cancellations must occur at least 4 hours before regular classes or 12 hours before immersives. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit class credits. The door closes at the start time of class.

Training program cancellations must be submitted via email. Cancellation fees apply on a tiered basis: €100 administration fee if cancelled 12 or more weeks prior to the start date, 50% of the total fee if cancelled 6–12 weeks prior, 70% if cancelled 2–6 weeks prior, or 100% if cancelled within 2 weeks of the start date.

Studio Bondi cannot accept liability for any physical injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes or use of the studio facilities. Studio Bondi is not responsible for personal belongings.

Personal information is processed under GDPR (AVG) regulations for class bookings and administration only. Dutch law applies to all bookings and attendance.
