At Studio Bondi, every class is breath led, low impact, and intentionally designed to steady the mind as much as strengthen the body. All classes intend to build strength, release tension, and bring clarity to the mind, supporting healthy joints and a regulated nervous system.
SELECT CLASS TYPE
Yoga combines strength and stillness to build stability, release tension, and support a balanced nervous system. From deeply restorative Yin to energizing Ashtanga, each class offers a different way to strengthen, breathe, and bring clarity to the mind.

Yin Yoga
Long-held postures to release tension and calm the nervous system.
Yin Yoga
A deeply grounding practice to unwind tension and restore balance. Through long-held, supported postures, the body relaxes and the nervous system shifts into rest mode. Ideal for easing tight muscles, improving flexibility, and cultivating a calm, unhurried state of mind after demanding days.

Yin Yang Yoga
A complete yoga flow that builds strength, releases tension, and restores balance.
Yin Yang Yoga
A balanced class for both energy and restoration. The first half opens and energizes the body through fluid, breath led movement. The second half settles into longer holds that release tension in the shoulders, neck, and lower back. Expect improved posture, flexibility, and a clear, centered mind.

Ashtanga Yoga
A structured sequence that builds strength and focus.
Ashtanga Yoga
A structured sequence that builds strength and focus. Guided through the traditional series with mindful pacing, you move continuously with the breath, generating heat and energy throughout the body. The sequence mainly follows the same set of postures, transforming the practice into a meditation in movement. Expect a clear mind, strong body, and a grounded sense of discipline.

Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic flow to build strength, flexibility, and energy.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, full body practice that builds strength, enhances flexibility, and clears the mind. Breath led movement creates flow, focus, and an energized yet grounded feeling throughout the body. Expect an active practice that supports both physical strength and mental clarity.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga
Gentle movement to strengthen and connect during pregnancy and motherhood.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga
A supportive, grounding practice designed for pregnancy and early motherhood. Safe, intentional movements strengthen key muscle groups, encourage relaxation, and help you connect to your changing body. The focus is on stability, breath, and gentle strength to keep you balanced and centered in every stage.

Essential postures and breathwork for alignment and ease.

A clear and structured introduction to the essentials of yoga. You explore foundational postures from both dynamic and restorative styles, focusing on alignment and breath. Ideal for anyone beginning their practice or refining technique to build a strong foundation.

View AllFor Yoga and Pilates on the mat, you can choose any class that suits your schedule. There are beginners in every class. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with a Fundamentals class.
For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are required (available in the studio for EUR 15). Wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
Yes! 2 classes at an introduction price. After that, choose between class cards (valid one year) or subscriptions (renewing every 4 weeks, flexible and cancellable).
