1. Code of Conduct
Studio Bondi requires punctuality, respect for shared spaces, and professional behaviour from teachers. Students should participate with kindness and honour confidentiality. Disruptive conduct may result in action by management.
2. Health & Well-being
Members must inform instructors of injuries or health conditions beforehand. The studio encourages self-aware practice with modifications as needed. Attendees should arrive free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
3. Hands-on Adjustments
Physical adjustments are optional. Teachers will ask for consent whenever possible before providing hands-on guidance. You may decline adjustments at any time.
4. Inclusion & Respect
Studio Bondi is committed to welcoming all identities including race, gender, and sexual orientation. The facility supports safe gender expression and prohibits discrimination.
5. Anti-Harassment & Anti-Retaliation
Harassment, including sexual harassment, is never acceptable and is not tolerated. Retaliation against those reporting concerns is strictly prohibited.
6. Romantic Relationships
Teachers must use discretion regarding relationships with students and inform management if such relationships develop or exist.
7. Specific Needs
The studio encourages members with specific needs to communicate so accommodations can be arranged.
8. Attendance (Training Programs)
For training programs under 100 hours, up to 1 day of absence is allowed. For programs over 100 hours, up to 2 days of absence are allowed. Absences require advance email notice. Makeup sessions cost €75 per hour.
9. Complaints Procedure
Submit written complaints to hello@studio-bondi.com. Management responds within 21 working days. Unresolved complaints may proceed to external mediation.
