Sound Bath Training
with Lydia Elbertzhagen
25 hours over 4 Saturdays. Learn to facilitate transformative sound experiences using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Covers frequency, resonance, brain wave states, nervous system influence, chakra connections, and playing techniques. Sessions are Saturdays 3:00–8:00 PM, plus a 5-hour individual case study component. Qualifies as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP). Crystal bowls provided for practice.

Reformer Pilates Teacher Training — April Cohort
with Omar Pliego, Yully Paulina Henao Restrepo & Jeroen Peters
Starting April 4, 2026 — 80 hours over 3 months — Waitlist. Two modules: Building the Foundation (April 4–18) and Deepening the Practice (May 16–June 13). Exams June 20. Identical curriculum to the current cohort covering machine mechanics, functional anatomy, cueing, and sequencing. Flexible self-practice scheduling. Qualifies graduates to teach Reformer Pilates in group and private settings.
